I coach people through the relationships they cannot think their way out of alone. Not advice, and not encouragement — attention, structure, and a standard of honesty most people do not get anywhere else in their week.

01 — The approach
Most people arrive able to describe the argument in detail and unable to say what they actually want. We start there — not with the incident, but with the thing underneath it that has never been said plainly.
I completed the Certified Relationship Coach Program with Intellect — a hundred and seventy hours of ICF-accredited training — and keep a deliberately small practice so that nobody is a file number.
What I will not do is tell you to leave, or tell you to stay. That decision was never mine, and a coach who takes it from you has not helped you.
Nobody needs another person telling them to be brave. They need one hour where being honest costs nothing.
