Process
What actually happens.
Three stages, no surprises, and an exit at every one of them.

01
You get in touch
You describe the situation in your own words. I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right instrument for it. Some people I refer elsewhere.
02
The work
Regular sessions. Each ends with something specific to try, and begins by asking what happened when you did.
03
The close
A final session to name what changed and what you will keep doing without me. Most people do not need a second engagement.
Questions
Asked often.
Coaching suits a relationship you are thinking about, not a crisis you are inside. If you need immediate clinical support, or the situation involves your safety, I will say so when you write and point you somewhere better. Nothing is booked before that is established.
Long enough for something to change between sessions, short enough that neither of us mistakes the arrangement for a permanent one. We agree the shape of it before we start, and a small number of people return later for a shorter block.
Yes, without exception, and this matters more than anything else here. Nothing you say leaves the room, appears in a case study, or is discussed with a referring employer. If your employer is paying, they receive confirmation of attendance and nothing else.
Yes. Sessions run in Arabic or English, and there is no need to choose in advance — many people move between the two inside a single sentence. Notes and correspondence are available in either.
Fees depend on the format, and I will tell you before anything is booked. Payment is by bank transfer or Instapay.
